Having been home for just over a week and having had the opportunity to reflect on our trip to China I just wanted to congratulate you for organising what was one of the most memorable trips of our lives.

The travel arrangements were trouble free (apart from a flight cancellation which your Chinese representatives handled admirably) and the accommodation and arranged meals were all, without exception, of a very good standard.

The itinerary while being very busy was exceptional and I have no doubt that we would not have seen so many memorable sights in such a relatively short time without being on such a well organised tour. The only (very minor) suggestion I would make is that it would have been better if we had been allowed a little more time (say 30 mins) for souvenir shopping at a number of the locations we visited, recognising as I mentioned before that it was a busy itinerary). Having said that I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone that shows the slightest interest in visiting China.

Finally I also commend you on the tour guides that were provided throughout our stay in China with a special mention for Mr Niu who was our main tour guide. Mr Niu is a lovely man who looked after the whole group admirably. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was ok and his knowledge of China and the personal experiences of its recent history that he shared made all the difference in making a wonderful holiday unforgettable. He is a tremendous asset to your company.
