I would like to make you aware that the recent holiday we have had i.e the 17 day Grand China Tour was first class. The quality, organisation and overall value for money was great. In particular I would like to highlight the superb contribution of your Tour Manager Charlie Chen. The hotels, food, transport, was also excellent.

Unfortunately one member of the 16 man party was hospitalised for a couple of days but the support provided again worthy of mention. Please convey this to all involved as it was truly appreciated.
