" Never considered writing to a tour operator "

I have just returned from the most amazing experience it has been my pleasure to encounter.

I have to say I have been cruising for the past 15 years mostly with 5 * American Cruise Lines, but none of them were a patch on the hotels selected for your holidays and have never considered that I should write to a tour operator before, however this holiday justifies our thanks and endorsements.

I would like to commence by saying what a marvellous job your Tour Manager (Mr Greg Stoneham) did during the whole holiday nothing was ever too much trouble for him with many problems sorted out to everyone's satisfaction very quickly as and when they arose. There was also the added bonus that he could speak Chinese like the locals much to the amazement of them.

I would also like to say what a fantastic job the local guides did for us we all fell in love with Laura and Ping, also thanks to Jackie in Shanghai who was equally knowledgeable.

The farewell dinner at the Hyatt in Shanghai was a gem among a number of gems and really did epitomise all that had gone before, it will live in my memory for a long long time.
